That sounds pretty cool, but what about player colours in games? Personally I think we should have a skull icon next to those bastards on our enemies' lists.

I wish there was a way to know in how many enemy lists a player is.

I like this idea, it would help scouting games to join. I think it should be accompanied with colors for friends and ignore list too. Green/red/brown would make it a lot easier to notice people you recognize in a game without having to read all the names in case you missed one.

I support this idea from teh boss. It would also give me a less chance of late joining the wrong person by accident. (sorry Warlord)

There's a dedicated button just for that, to the left of the chat box (displays the contacts popup).

Since we're on the topic of commands, can you make us be able to type people's names in to friend them or add them to your enemies' list?

And it's very difficult in a game to add someone as a friend if they haven't spoken. The mouseover in the 'Players' window never seems to work!

By the way, what about the original proposition?
More awesome with skulls of course.

Do you mean ignored? You can't see what they're writing anyway lol, but would be great for lobbies.

Would be cool if the mods got a symbol rather than just a tilde before their names, too. And Amok and Ivan an actual star and not just the asterisk glyph before their names.

Actually, I think I'll add some symbols for enemies instead! Could get this done easily. Sculls are not worth the effort, IMO.

How cool is that as an enemy sign!

Why not use the Unicode symbol (☠) of the skull and crossbones? Seems alright on Arial, though I'm not sure about the font you use in the game. Or perhaps the crossed swords (⚔) or high voltage sign (⚡), which makes for a much cooler thunderbolt thingy. The crossed swords may lead to some confusion though as to what it represents, as enemies in a game (not on the enemies' list) are represented by this symbol.

If you can't use that I'd go for the ↯.

Also of note: here is an extremely comprehensive list of all the characters in Unicode (as in, every writing system in the world, even the frickin' Phaistos disc is here) and here is a much smaller list of Unicode characters, this one being of symbols.

Skull char looks like a blob when used with the smaller font. The other two won't render in Chrome for some reason. Guess I'll go with either ↯ or ⊗.
I've already scanned through these lists and couldn't find anything else appropriate.

Tunder3, cause showing a picture everywhere the enemy name is displayed is complicated.
