Attack Allies

Im new players here ........Can somebody tells me how can i attack my allies?

You cant attack your allies but you can take your allies empty cities however its good for me to know that you want to attack your allies

End alliance and then war 2 turn process iin player tab in upper right hand corner

My allies took my capital with his units....that was not a empty city
