Where can i report people?

/report "this would be where your message and screenshots would go" do this in game to report... even no mods on it will be recorded for when the next mod logs on they will see it

Or simply private message a mod (an active one preferably)

Both ways are fine. /report will be logged (if no Mod is online) otherwise it "just" appears on mod screen. PM to a Mod (or several mods) is the safest way.
