RULES: If you do not follow the rules, you may be kicked from the game at the discretion of the MOD. 1. The acting MOD is in charge of the game, his rules for playing the game surpasses all the following rules if he so wishes. 2. Do not attack anyone, until the MOD announces it as world news. Do not annex neutral lands. -If you are attacked, you are allowed to retaliate, but you are not allowed to enter their land unless it is a total war. -If the UN is dissolved, you are allowed to do anything you want. 3. You may form alliances and so forth under the discretion of the MOD, if he wants you to secretly break the alliance, you do so. 4. Drug Cartels and the terrorists are allowed to do whatever they want, but they do not get a vote at the UN. UN COUNCIL: The UN has a meeting every 10 turns, the first starts on turn 0. During the meetings, you may propose a resolution or repeal a resolution. A resolution only needs 2/3 votes from the world to be passed, and when passed, everyone apart of the UN must follow the UN rules. Only 1 resolution per 10 turns may is allowed to be passed. If the resolution is tied, you will have a re vote the next turn. Some examples of resolutions are:
