Map is now Blurry

Hey, should I just restart it? I was designing a map and I resized it a few times to get the distance right and on the last time it went blurry. And the cities pop in and out. And so do the troops. And it will get into focus every now and then, but I can't zoom in or out. Anyone else experience this? Is there a fix?
