Allow it. Just raise its income to that of Italy's so its price goes up.

Its not unbeatable so why dont allow it?

Yes. Im just curious what people think of it now. There are still some complaints.

It doesn't matter to me one way or another.

With 2 initial countries there are so many counters against Ukraine. i voted allowed
