I come in the name of 90% of this game players to say fuck html5 heil silverlight and stop dropping the support for silverlight we dont like html5 stop crashing the sl to force us to play in html5 if there was a real crash the both servers would crash
graphics there very sucks just give us what we want...............

clearly you havent been in room chat today once SL crashed like 5 or more times in a row,the 90% got real mad

Said before and will say it again. The change to HTML is going to happen. Silverlight is dying and unless you are able to buy out Microsoft, Google etc you won't be able to save it. All browsers are pulling support for Silverlight, heck the big ones like Chrome and Opera have already done it.

All known browsers will no longer support Silverlight by mid-November and Microsoft will completely kill it by end of the year.

Yes you can not care but as the game stop getting support it loses players. The lesser the players the lesser the revenue. The lesser the revenue the worse the servers and eventually website. Would you rather play Silverlight where you disconnect every 20 mins? I know I would not.

These threads and comments are usually made by players with no insight or perspective and who have played the game so much they have shaped the way they play based on Silverlight (bugs, tricks, mechanics, etc). Don't mind them.

Imagine you have a pen and a pencil. You write your name in the pencil then the pen. Sure the word written might be same, the way you wrote it might be the same but do you think the 2 will look exactly the same? Now apply this logic to HTML5 and Silverlight, the pencil is Silverlight, pen HTML5 and the word it the game data.

On client, you do know it took 1+ years for the admins to release downloadable version for Silverlight right? Client never existed through out Afterwind era and only came late into AtWar era.

Only few players pressured the admins to hurry up, and expected the HTML5 to be as convinvent and appealing like the SL, when these people saw how terrible it look and how different is the game mechanics even if slightly they just stopped talking about it, and the majority of players don't like it, most of them will quit the others might stay, and check in occasionally until they quit.


Many of you guys in this thread are against these who complain about the HTML5, some even go low and insult them. Try to learn to accept the fact that not everyone think the same about it, stop being sensitive about the truth, it seems like you can't handle it that majority of the players dislike it.

i havent played in html yet, so i dont really have an opinion. What i do know, is that the change to html has to happen since SL is officially dying (right?) and that our admins actually spent alot of time working on it and communicating with the community through the forums. Are they supposed to throw all their hard work in the garbage? Isnt it more constructive to make ideas and suggestions instead of crying, threatening and blackmailing?
