General for "normal" players

Why do I see some players who are not "premium players" with a general?
How can I get a general without becoming a premium player?

Some just dont have the gold shield, go to their profile and look carefully

You can buy it. Adress one of the mods/admins and tell him you want Weapons feature which gives you only the general. Bonne chance!

When i was non premium i got a general, but since i didn't have upgrades i sent it to break walls

saves 9 money on maintenance costs... generals still useful!
