About
I am pleased to announce an event to encourage greater engagement and bring players closer to AtWar. This is a great opportunity for members of that community to get to know each other better, earn easy rewards, and publicize the game over the internet. The challenge will automatically end within 2 weeks, closing on the 14th of June.

Everyone can participate!

Contest Challenges
The contest will be divided into four stages, each with its own rewards that gradually increase according to the difficulty of the challenges. Only the first TEN (10) candidates who complete Step 4 (last challenge) will receive the final prize and, consequently, the COMMUNITY LEADER trophy.

Step 1
● Upload an avatar picture
● Upload a custom profile header
● Share your country on account details
● Join a Coalition
● Rate 10 or more maps and/or scenarios*


Step 2
● Publish an original map, scenario or preset*
● Have a premium subscription
● You must have played at least 25 games in 2020


Step 3
● Have 50 or more reputation
● Have 50 or more forum posts
● Follow atWar on Instagram*


Step 4 (final)
● Be on the top 2000 players (overall position)
● Upload a gameplay or review video on Youtube about atWar*
● Share, like and comment one or more recent posts from atWar Facebook page*
● Invite one or more friends to atWar**

Reporting Deeds
Upon completing a Step, all candidates should announce it in this thread and send me any additional information that is necessary (like external links and prints) via private message. Remember that the final prize awarded after completing Step 4 will only be awarded to the first ten participants. The event ends on June 14, that is, after that date the topic will be closed and no one else will receive the rewards.

Rewards
As stated earlier, there are prizes that will be awarded to candidates who complete each of the four Steps (you must report here in order to get your hands on it). These awards are cumulative, so the final prize will be 20,000 SP + 200 PC + "Community Leader' trophy. The event ends on June 14, that is, after that date the topic will be closed and no one else can receive these rewards.

- Step 1
1,000 SP.
Winners: Echoo, Professor Pliny.

- Step 2
4,000 SP.
Winners: Akatsuki., Mesopotamia.

- Step 3
5,000 SP.

- Step 4
10,000 SP, 200 PC.

Winners (8/10): Croat, Sid, Roma Invicta, Professor Adog, Pera, The Sphinx, troIIvis1122, puddinator.

Validation
✔ Challenges involving forum posts and rating maps on Step 1 must be done after your application.
✔ The map/scenario required to complete Step 2 must have been created in 2020 and be fully playable.
✔ The Youtube video described on Step 4 must be visible to everyone and have "atWar" on the title. It can be recorded, streamed or screenshots only. Must be posted in 2020 and have a link to the website on the video description.

✖ The post that must be shared on Facebook cannot be private.
✖ Inviting alts to atWar won't be accepted to complete Step 4.

I already have all steps completed except reps .. I only have 22

I'm not sure if restricting the top prize to only 10 people is a good choice tbf, atwar has many influential people and loud voices that are heard by the community and all of them are respected as leaders in and outside their communities

At th end of the day, a trophy is just a trophy, but the work done by the contestants (mainly the videos, which is the most important challenge) will remain for a long time. I believe it is fair to give a good prize to the players who were willing to record and produce a video in order to promote AtWar. The community can only gain by releasing the trophy (final prize) for all those who complete the challenge, however, there is a current issue regarding the number of trophies that are awarded to players. Which doesn't bother me, but it can be controversial to others.
