Is this a bug?

So I was looking at player list for SP, and I noticed Killingforfun doesn't have a circle below his star. And I was just wondering if this was a bug or not because Mauzer and zizou have a circle so I was just wondering.

The reason for this is ranks 12+ SP levels were reorganised, coinciding with the html5 launch. Players must play a game for their shield to update, hence why KFF is showing a rank 13 symbol.
