When you play imperialist, all units get their cost reduced for -30 and their attack for -1. But 0 cost units such as the event units (mostly stealths or some starting units) get their attack reduced too. That makes no sense at all. In real life, if you want to build more units for less cost you nerf them, but if you get some units as a gift e.g. from Russia or USA, you don't have to nerf anything -- because they're free. This is an enormous issue on all kinds of scenarios.

My suggestion is to leave 0 cost units unchanged with imp.
