So I was playing II WW scenerio with 2 FIXED alliances. After some time only 2 big guys left on the board: me - Germany and USA. Suddenly another guy joined to MY alliance and bought country in my neighbourhood. But instead of fighting he started talking to my opponent in turkish and he was informing him about movements of my army and numbers of my units! Also, although he had a lot of free space in his direction to expand, he kept surrounding me by capturing countries next to my border to slow down my development! Finally I won the game and gave 800 SP to that son of the ******* who was playing against me whole game! From what I've asked on help channel this behavior is not against the rules. So proper rule definitely should be added - this is my suggestion. IF SOMEONE IN THE FIXED ALIANCES SCENERIO JOINS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GAME JUST TO SPY YOU FOR YOUR OPPONENT(S), HE SHOULD BE PUNISHED (IF PROVED).

If you didn't want to have people joining your game in the late game you should have disabled late join. Considering you stated only 2 people were left when he joined and one of them was you, you must have accepted the late join change or it was there all along. Next time check before you enter a game.

**Frustrating, but yes, the game settings can prevent this type of thing from happening. Manage the game settings, and you never need to worry about this happening again.

No, late joining option is for the reason. Suggesting normal players to limit themselfs because of abusers is not a solution.

Well once you enter main room, you wont have to deal with it..... dont join scenarios if they arnt full, otherwise they're not fun to begin with.
---- Everyone is living a myth and it's important to know what yours is. It could be a tragedy- and maybe you don't want it to be.
