Why was my account reset

Hello,
I used to play a few years back, I checked back a year ago and saw that my Steam-linked account (this) was reset completely. My Premium which I bought for it a while ago was also removed. Has this happened to anyone else or can the developers help me? I love this game and I want to get back into playing but this issue is a bit disheartening. Thank you!

Edit: Also I think that the reset occurred in late 2017 - early 2018? Not sure when then exactly though.
