Atwar Standard Time

This has been suggested earlier but I couldnt find the thread to bump it

Would be super nice to have a universal timer for atwar that players can use to communicate certain event timings like tournament games, CW, duels and so forth

Unlike almost all other standard times, the atwar time would not have daylight time saving .. this would make communicating much easier and would eliminate confusion for people living overseas who would otherwise have to google time differences between each other and sometimes not get it right due to daylight time saving changes or low math skills

You would still have to decipher this time with your own time zone.

yes you do it once and it will always be the same time difference which makes it easy to remember (example: always add three hours to whatever that time is)
