Buildings in map editor

This is mostly directed at admins, is there any idea of when the building units will be fixed in the map editor? Right now the only stats are broken due to the range of "1 - 0", which doesn't allow you to create building units due to the minimum to maximum stat range literally being 1 min to 0 max
