Nice idea, i support! This idea has been also posted before by Aristo: http://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=5914. His idea was to give extra SP for sending money. Both idea's are good imo! If implemented, i think we need some sort of log, to prevent abusing it.
