What's with all the crappy adware on your PC? "Get the best Facebook..." etc? And you paid for WinDVD? Geez, I can't believe people buy into this crap. Go on this website for any software you need from now on, seriously dude.

Use frickin' VLC too rather than WinDVD, it is fully free and supports more codecs (i.e. plays anything you throw at it) and makes videos look better due to superior colour blending and hardware acceleration in case you have an old PC. In other words, you might just be able to watch HD video even if you computer sucks. No screen tearing either.

i didnt put that, the guy who fixed my PC put it there and the badass thing about my Wallpaper is that the image changes to another GoW art theres like 7 total pics in the slideshow

As you can tell... it's going to be a bigger culture shock than Vista was to XP users. Well done Microsoft, now you're really beginning to go the Canonical Inc path. Did I mention it will be really shit and hipsterlike?

I like Windows 8, at the beginning it was a big change, but now when i am used to it, i think it is better then the previous versions of windows, because it is faster, more userfriendly and it has a lot new functions, which i use very often.

but this is only my personal opinion

It is actually. Microsoft wants to approach the tablet market for the enterprise and that's where they intend to compete with Apple's iPad. They're also trying to create a uniform experience across Microsoft's range of products. Due to their focus on portable devices, you get crap like this!

I don't recall, though they were well into the smartphone market with Windows CE. That didn't bear them much fruit though when smartphones became truly popular after the release of the iPhone. Good point about Apple BTW. Celebrifags like Justin Bieber have also driven up brand awareness.
