Global Income Slider Bar

Another nice feature for Mapmakers is global income slider bar which reduces or increase the income of all the cities on the map. It is extremely helpful if there is so many cities. With global slider bar, if you want to decrease the income of all cities by 20%, you can just do it with one swing by pull the global income slider to 80% - so that when the game starts, all the cities have 20% less income than normal.

Good idea support.

Also a slide bar to set the starting cash in games would be an nice touch also.

You can do that in "Scenario editor"
