Finding cities

Good day,
I was wondering if it is possible to locate/pinpoint one city that you have not conquered and is located out of visible range. For example, is there a way to find city A by first finding city B which is in the same country as city A, finding the country city B is in ( but not the country's location, only the name and a list of cities in the country ) and then clicking city A's name to pinpoint city A?

He wants to be able to find the position of cities that you have not conquered, and are not visible.

If I'm not wrong, we currently do not have that functionality?
