Borders not showing

I made a map and tested it out in a solo game, but when i loaded it up, half of the borders I drew are not showing and the countries are still there, messaged someone and was told to clear browser cache, did that, went back to my map, and the borders are still not showing and this does not happen to me in other matches, and all borders show up in editor mode. How do i fix this.

Reupload the background image.
