you were banned because you cant control your mouth. I explained this to you on 3 separate occasions but to no avail. You were convinced tito was behind your punishments and refused to listen to anything else. I warned you to stop making forum threads, you made them anyway. I warned you to stop insulting other players whom were annoyed you were pring them to support your threads, you responded that you only insult people who deserve it(like that makes it ok).

You then asserted that you would not stop, not the global spam, the insults, or the thread spamming. I decided that the best solution was to all out ban you for a day so you'd cool off. You deserved every minute of that ban. I had some of the players who you insulted asking why i didnt ban you for longer.

Drop the harddoneby act, it is getting old, and i am tired of reading about it.

I cant reveal who reported you that day for reasons of confidentiality, there were 2 reports by players claiming you insulted them via prs after they refused to post support in your threads. Neither were from Tito. It is at their discretion if they wish to reveal themselves.

But i have all the proof i need even without their testomonies. You ignored my warnings, continued to break rules regarding discussing moderator action. Then hopped onto global, roomchat and every other medium available to you to appeal for support from the community. Then after the ban you logged an alt to do the same. The rule breaks just kept on coming. Of course i explained all this to you via pr. But it went in 1 ear and out the other.

the evidence of the warnings is in the pr screenshots and the locked threads... the evidence of the rule breaks is in the atwar rules. Since i answer to the other mods and the admins i can point them towards the players you insulted as further evidence of rulebreaks. It was a 1day ban, it was 2 months ago. I dont even know why im still reading about this constantly on the forums. I dont know why you think the rest of the community should care what happens between you and tito. I dont know why you think you can manipulate the modteam and get away with it. I cant for the life of me fathom how you believe you're in the right in all this. Nor do i know why im even entertaining this again.

Just let it go and move on. Please.

No,ss reason of banning me,no about your own rules that i broke after got banned,cuz i wanted reason of ban(dat i never got)
I never posted what is between me and tito,i posted that mods stealed my name.
If you removed ban that day i would forget about that,but,how situation was,i will never forget it.
We could end this 2 months ago,you didnt want,you thinked that i will reconcile that i did something that needs to be banned from GAME.(i dont tell that i didnt maybe needed to be banned from FORUM)
P.S Vojisljav Seselj was 12years in Hag for no real reason that he would be jailed,same situation,now they cant stop him from turn Serbia to east again,and EU cant do anything cuz Vojislav was already 12 years in jail for no reason,he can sue them and its end of Scheveningen's jail.

Pulse makes threads with inflexible changes + doesn't reply PM + laugh at you for your errors + have a clear hate against Map Makers that disagrees with him, but I've never see anyone making a cry thread about him. Should assume that, at least, he's fair with his decisions.

1) VRIL is not here anymore. Deal with it.
2) I didn't made this thread. Get your facts straight.
3) I disagree with pavle posting those screenshots, as I've already said.
4) Laochra is just trying to justify himself in a situation that should'be over long ago. Proves he can't handle this. I wonder if he already started to see pavle as an enemy and not as an user who disagrees with him.
5) If they were really making steps to resolve this once for all, they would'be PM'ing each others, not posting in a thread to call the attention.

brianwl told me once that mods should'be the ones taking the initiative to solve the problems. I don't see, and other spectators can agree that there's not even a fashioned discussion here.

Pavle was the first player who i applied a punishment to who kicked up a major fuss. Since then i created a lightshot account and doggedly kept relevant screenshots leading up to modding decisions to prevent any such situation from arising again. It was educational. The way i banned him was odd, i didnt realise there was a comments box at the bottom at the time. It didnt matter though, i had enough proof if anyone asked i posted on the mod forum about the action i took.

Pavle and tito involved the mod team to resolve a personal dispute over name ownership. Both players attempted to manipulate the mod team in an attempt to gain control of the name. The mods took the name so that neither of them could use it. Tito accepted this, pavle did not. This is what the original threads which pavle was spamming were about. That alone warranted moderator action, nevermind all the other rulebreaks which followed.

Many of the other mods believe its best to ignore these kind of things, i agree to an extent but sometimes these things tend to fester. In pavles case he still believes he was wronged. Theres nothing that can be done about him.

Also it is nice to see that your vendetta is still going strong. keep up the good work, Particularly while at the same time you send me mails asking for peace. And may i also highlight the rule about pillory to you. If there is proof of me sharing confidential information with khal then we would all love to see it.

Its my name,tito hats me cuz he was banned on 3 months and ip banned cuz he was insulting me and plus making new and new quest profiles and was keeping insulting,i cant ignore all quests bla,so i called on report to ip ban him on 1h to let me end my cw.Safari banned him on 3 months,and its wery good motive and i have proofs of that if you want.
(my mystery was how he came back in game after only 1month,but this isnt topic for that).
Tito's profile was called AndArtes(no AndErtes)4 years ago(i dont want to tell anything how he got that profile.)
But he hated me so much that he made you to hate ma and you stealed my name,and cuz i didnt accept it i just started self-defence.And afterall,he uses his name and has pass of AndArtes,but i dont have of AndErtes,i explained same to hugo,but he was ignoring me like you was doing in giving me real reason why i was banned.I will never forget it,but won't post anything about that in other topics so you and tito dont get reason to ban me with no reason again.

Sorry Laochra, I tried to ask you for peace asap I saw the post. After your reply I assume you wouldn't stop. I've deleted my comments.

What's going on here is the lack of rules that regulates the name ownership. Mods should establish a standard process for this issue.... To see who keeps the name, the original owner or the one who used it for the longest time.

I can see the pros and cons of both ways, but as I said, moderators are the ones who decides this...

Well from the scratch I read, he say he did had the name, some time ago... I don't know if he's lying or not. So I assume truth until proven guilty.

How did you lost your name anyway? I assume you changed it, then someones made an alt just to take it. Well, according to the AW rules, it constitutes a violation, as it a trolling act. So mods should delete or ban all those accounts that were made for the solely purpose of keeping a name, anyway...

It would'be different if Tito changed his name to Andertes however.

Then, before determining whenever is trolling or not, mods should do what I just say, to decide the process to follow to names issues. Who get ownership? The one with the original name? The one with the longest time? The one who is most know by that name? They need to establish a reference !!!
