The MEGA series is the 1st uniform format of a specific country blown to AW Europe Default size.
REAL recent (>2007) population figures used with Income based on REAL GDP (nominal) of the relevant divisions.
All of these maps uses this naming format "Scaled-MEGA____" and have scenario/preset making open to ALL
Bottom 20% of cities by population will become "Extras"

Simply filter "mega" (non-case sensitive) in the search box provided. The screen should appear like this:

Not all countries are wide and thin and I don't really want to create wasted land... besides if the maps are made larger, the focus is less on the country itself and probably calls to "unlock" the neighbour countries would also arise Thanks, ezzatam Chargement... So instead of people moaning at me for not being able to create any militias, I added them in the Ground: Other, hence the engine doesn't recognise them as starting units in countries.
