Well so if some noob call himself clovis123 he should get automatically kicked because he got unlucky?
I think that it is a bit extreme, but I have nothing against banning all the players that do that on purpose. (This will make next season so easy )

What would be the point of deleting them? ...they aren't visible in AW active clan list and there is no harm with their existence.
