Yes, of course this will cost a huge sum of tax money, having to pay millions of people for their labor. But honestly, governments are already paying them anyways. Since governments are already spending huge sums of money providing welfare for their unemployed (who, let me remind you, do absolutely nothing useful), just spend that money actually hiring them to do something useful.

Was going to agree with much of what you said but for the record, the majority of people on welfare already have a job....

Copy Greek policy:

Greek state ban companies and working people to import or export certain goods - in given time during year. For example they can export only 1 million tonne of grain and after that producers are banned to export or they face harsh penalty. Also particular food seeds and plants are banned to import after 10,000 tonnes imported. That way they protect their economy and prices (if you import too much - price fall and your companies lose profit), and you won't lack goods in time of crisis or war.

Greek state makes a list of needed goods and professions every year, to inform the population what they can do: Sometimes they need more corn so citizens are informed it would be nice to find some cheap market to buy and import, other time it is oil/fuel, or heavy machinery, medical equipment. That way they also discourage you to produce something which saturate the Greek market and advise you to produce something which Greek market lack, so you will make profit quick.

Make a list of professions you need in America, and how much spots are available. Then when spots are taken and quota fullfiled by immigrants, you ban. So you won't have more immigrants than needed in any given time.

America left " gold standard" long time ago,all oil trade is made in USD ,so USA can pretty much print as much money as they want.
She is not getting money from road,she is paying to build a roads so unemployed americans get a work,when there are shortage of workers price of their work rises.
SO IT WILL CHANGE A LOT.
