Re-joiners should not be allowed to win duels.

I'm in a game right now where I entered a duel with someone who entered as Nigeria to troll me when I was Ghana; I beat him the first time, he rejoined as Mauritania with 70 troops (!) and I killed him yet again. He rejoined as Iceland and I'm probably going to get murdered off by the Middle East before I can ever conclude this duel.

This tactic is stupid, annoying, and to be honest, not a 1v1 battle like duels are supposed to be. I think of you leave a game and abandon your position, you should lose your duel.

Yeah this sounds like a bug; I don't think it was intended to work this way. If you abandon a game you should automatically lose the duel.

I think that's what usually happens. If he didn't lose the duel it's a bug. BTW, avoid games with the combination of high join weeks and rejoining allowed, they are too troll friendly.
