What Happened to italy?

Hi! i've noticed in videos that there are 2 cities in italy, Turin and bari. now why in-game i don't see them? are they removed? there is a bug? why?

There's a setting called extra cities on the default map. Presumably that's what you had been playing previously. It can only be hosted by prem players. Without extra cities there's no turin and bari.
