2nd Master of America Tournament [STARTED]

Previously hosted by Ghost in early 2016 ( https://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=24017&topicsearch=&page=1). Since it hasn't been hosted in a few years I will try to get this one going, credit to Ghost for the original idea. I am planning on a starting bracket of 16 to keep the tourney from stagnating, with a possible expansion to 32 if it gains more traction.

• Best of 3
  
• General rules apply, no T1 WF's, Rewalls, Serbwalls, etc.
  
• Completed games must be accompanied with a screenshot or confirmation from both players.
  
• Please only sign up if you have time to play your matches, otherwise you will be kicked if you do not play your assigned game by the given deadline

Yeah we can have a gentlemens agreement to not use INS until its been sorted out. If you suspect someone is using it ask them to ss their strat and let me know

Alright the Bracket is set. The deadline for the first round of matches is 1 week from today, Feb 14. If you have problems arranging a game with your opponent, let me know. I am still taking reserves if you'd like to signup, as we will inevitably need them.

Yes sorry guys I decided to make it 16 and start quickly instead of waiting around for the possibility of 32, from the what I've seen in past tourneys is once you get the 32 you find a lot of players who are sem-inactive that usually end up killing the tourneys progression, to negate this I just opted for 16 in hopes that we might finish this in a speedy manner. There's still a chance you will get to play but in the future if there is a tourney I make I will give you seniority to signup.


Also after talking to a couple ppl I think its best that we go with the rule that there's no picking the same country twice, it would help negate the supposed advantage Mexico has.
